Cancellations and No-shows

Communication is key. All stylists at French Cut Hair are Independent Contractors and ask for, at the very least, a 24hr notice for all cancellations and/or reschedules via Call and/or Voice Message, to avoid a cancellation fee.

Real Emergency cancellations/reschedules are always accepted, EXCLUDING, but not limited to; unfavorable weather, bad traffic, poor timing, forgetfulness, change of heart, buyers remorse, peer pressure and distance.

No shows may be charged 100% total price, at the individual stylist's discretion at the next appointment. A second no show may be subject to a complete ban from the salon.

Due to the nature of the hair industry and client needs, some appointments may not begin or end at the scheduled time, our stylists ask to have a little flexibility and plan accordingly. If a client walks-out or cancels, in salon, for the soul reason of time, may be subject to any penalties your stylist see's fit.

Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL; Once service(s) have been completed, client is completely satisfied with the results and pays for service(s) before leaving the salon - there will be no refunds. Disputes and Refund requests via the Square POS and Appointments software may be subject toward litigation if purchaser fails to contact stylist for reasons of the dispute. All disputes are between the stylist(s) and client only.

A recommended step to avoid such litigation, is to contact your stylist immediately and plan a course of action to correct the cut and/or color.

French Cut Hair salon and it's owner(s) take no responsibility to services our stylists may have performed to the client that are unfavorable. By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing, 100%, to these terms.
